Ahhh...Virginia

Green grass, rolling hills....what's not to like? We have the mountains the ocean, and all four seasons. Can you tell I am glad to be back? :)

I had a wonderful 4th of July, spent at a place called Great Meadow, which is just west of the suburban madness I like to call home.

The all-day event was complete with an air show, polo match, live music and of course, a fireworks display. It was great to spend the day with, Christie, one of my closest friends, and her family (who were gracious enough to include me in their family event). I was completely spoiled, as they had reserved a special rail-side spot where we could set up a tent and have our own picnic area. What fun!

Check my photo album for more pics! Happy 4th everyone!
