This picture pretty much sums up my week at the beach. It has been so nice to just sit still, read for pleasure and spend time with good friends. I am thankful for this downtime after a tough semester.Tomorrow we return to SC, where my hectic life awaits. I have a week to finish packing before the movers come. I am still desperately trying to sell my house, but I have decided to put my stuff in storage and head home to VA for the rest of the summer. I want to spend time with friends and family.
For those of you who don't know, I leave at the end of August to study abroad for a year in Jerusalem. It is a very exciting time for me. I look forward to sharing the details as they unfold...
